Non-Refundable Scenarios

We do not provide refunds in the following scenarios:

• Job Matching: If a user or client is dissatisfied with the job or vacancy selected for them by our team, we cannot offer a refund. Our matching techniques are designed to provide the best possible matches based on the information provided, but individual preferences may vary.
• Interview Outcomes: MindBlitz does not guarantee success in interviews or job applications. Therefore, we cannot offer refunds if a client fails to pass an interview or their resume does not lead to an interview.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

• Technical Issues: A refund may be considered if technical issues on our platform significantly impede the user experience, failing to receive the intended services.
• Non-Delivery: In the event of a failure to deliver purchased services, a refund will be issued for the undelivered portion.

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, users or clients must contact our customer support within 5 days of the issue. Refund requests must include a detailed explanation of the problem.

HR Services Considerations

For HR-related services, including but not limited to recruitment, talent acquisition, and consulting, the following considerations apply:

• Candidate Selection: MindBlitz is not responsible for the outcome of client candidate selections. Refunds will not be issued based on the client’s satisfaction with selected candidates.
• Interview Process: We do not guarantee the success of candidates in the interview process. Refunds will not be provided if a candidate fails to secure a position during the interview.
