• etdt-svp Edited 2022-08-25 Very good spirit to maintain this desktop environment and it must be quite a huge work. It's not difficult to add apps to our apps manager but a bit difficult to link icons to them. An period to look at MWM on top of related projects (EMWM), Xresources and scan man pages also. So it's really Solaris ! Well a bit of nostalgia on top of the condition made me rediscover old X means like xclipboard.
• runlevel5 Posted 2022-08-24 When I was baby-faced, I could not afford any commercial IRIX workstation running CDE. I used after dream about CDE while typing out of sight on MS Word on Windows 3.11. It's amazing to consider how much desktop scene has shifted and CDE has aged quite well
